Tools

Everything a team needs to brief, test, and deliver.

A growing set of tools that run independently or chain together. Start with research and let personas, panels, and focus groups flow downstream — or jump straight to a Report when the brief is already clear. Use it for client work, internal product launches, or anything in between.

Market Research

Decision-grade market analysis with category dynamics, channel architecture, and competitive landscape — generated in 5–15 minutes from a 3-phase intake.

  • Three reports per project: Market Analysis, Consumer Analysis, Competitive Landscape.
  • Inline citations + HIGH / MED / LOW confidence + source-tier tags on every claim.
  • Drop in PDFs, decks, and spreadsheets — extracted text feeds every section.

Buyer Personas

Detailed personas with values, triggers, barriers, brand affinities, and a representative quote — generated by research or hand-built.

  • Auto-generated from a research run, fully editable afterwards.
  • Illustrated avatars seeded by persona id — same identity everywhere.
  • Distinguishes current buyers from aspirational targets.

Persona Panels

Group personas into reusable panels for focus groups and customer journeys. Mix current buyers with aspirational targets to model the full demand landscape.

  • Drag-and-drop persona picker with current vs. aspirational counters.
  • Reusable across multiple focus groups and journeys.
  • Shared with teammates via project-level access grants.

Customer Journeys

Map awareness → consideration → intent → purchase → loyalty → advocacy for each persona, with brand-touchpoint coverage and gap analysis.

  • Per-persona timeline + cross-persona executive summary.
  • Touchpoint status: present / partial / absent — nothing fudged.
  • Public share link with optional password — fully branded for the client or stakeholder.

Focus Groups

Run virtual focus group sessions on test concepts and stimuli. Get full panel reactions, illustrative quotes, vote counts, and strategic recommendations.

  • Upload concepts + visuals — the platform reads them as primary stimuli.
  • Operator chat to refine: ask Claude to flip a vote, tighten a finding, or translate.
  • Branded dashboard you can share publicly with the client.

Reports

Generate structured deliverables — International Expansion, Scale, Investor Vetting, Business Plan, and more — from operator-tunable prompt templates.

  • Section-by-section generation with cross-section continuity.
  • Operator feedback chat reworks the draft without losing prior context.
  • DOCX cover pages with your agency's logo, plus 40-card Gamma decks on demand.
How it works

From brief to client-ready in hours, not months.

Step 01

Brief

Fill the 3-phase intake — Context, Target, Test — or open a Report Type and paste the project info. Drop in supporting documents; the platform extracts text and feeds it into every Claude call.

Step 02

Generate

Inngest runs ~18 Claude calls in parallel for research, or section-by-section for reports. Live progress on the detail page; nothing to babysit.

Step 03

Iterate

Use the operator feedback chat on focus groups and reports — Claude reworks just the affected sections, preserving the rest. Regenerate one section or the whole deliverable.

Step 04

Deliver

Download a branded DOCX, ship a Gamma 40-slide deck, or share a public dashboard link with optional password — all under your own brand identity, whether you're delivering to a client or briefing leadership.

Reports

Five Soundcheck-authored report templates, tunable per agency.

Each Report Type is a structured prompt + a list of sections. Soundcheck super-admins author and version the templates; agencies and in-house teams pick which types their org can run. Operators get a guided form, watch sections generate live, and receive a branded DOCX (and optional Gamma deck) when it's done.

GoGlobal

Should this brand enter Market X? Demand sizing, regulatory landscape, distribution playbook, competitive density, and a go / hold verdict.

Scale

How big can this brand realistically grow? Saturation analysis, channel-by-channel headroom, capability gaps, and the operating model needed to ship.

Investor Opportunity Vetting

Independent third-party diligence on a brand or category for an investor — market thesis pressure tests, founder-market fit, and risk register.

Business Plan

End-to-end business plan with positioning, go-to-market, financial scaffolding, and milestone roadmap — useful for raises and internal alignment.

Idea Validation (Founder Pass)

A leaner version for early-stage founders — does this idea survive an honest read of the category, customer, and competition?

Need a custom Report Type for your team's methodology? Soundcheck super-admins can author new ones and assign them to your tenant.

For teams

Built for white-label delivery — agencies and in-house teams alike.

Every surface — DOCX exports, public share links, the in-platform UI itself — adapts to your brand. Agencies run multiple client brands under a single tenant; in-house teams run multiple product lines or business units under one. Super-admin controls live separately for the Soundcheck team.

  • Custom branding. Your logo on every cover page; your primary color drives the platform palette; light and dark backgrounds adapt automatically.
  • Shareable deliverables. Public share links for focus groups and customer journeys, with optional password gates and 24-hour session cookies — share with clients, stakeholders, or external partners.
  • Team access controls. Admins invite teammates, set tiers, and grant report-type access — without ever exposing other tenants' data.
  • Multi-language. Five UI languages out of the box plus a per-project output language picker — deliverables read in the right language for every market the team works in.
  • Per-tenant pricing. Soundcheck sets your prices per service; admins see month-to-date usage and cost; the super-admin closes months to freeze totals.
  • Multiple exports. Branded DOCX with your logo, 40-card Gamma decks for executive readouts, and operator-only Excel raw data when you need it.
Methodology

Evidence-first by design — no hallucinated citations, no invented stats.

Soundcheck's prompts ship with explicit data-integrity rules. Every claim carries a confidence label, a source tier, and (for HIGH and MED claims) a named inline citation. The model is instructed to flag rather than fill gaps, and the operator sees the gaps before the client does.

What the platform does

  • Cites sources inline. Every HIGH or MED claim names the source — organization, year, locator. LOW claims are marked as recall, not lookup.
  • Tiers every external data point. T1 government, T2 syndicated research, T3 trade associations, T4 web/media — visible at the sentence level so operators know what to validate first.
  • Tags FACT vs. ESTIMATE vs. INTERPRETATION. Analysts shouldn't have to guess what's directly observed and what's inferred — every claim is explicit.
  • Surfaces gaps as gaps. When a touchpoint is absent or a number is unknown, the platform says so plainly rather than padding with optimism.

What it refuses to do

  • Invent statistics. No fabricated market shares, growth rates, or volumes presented as sourced data — proxies are explicitly labeled.
  • Cite tools it didn't access. Nielsen, Euromonitor, Statista — never named as the source unless the operator brought the data into the intake.
  • Fake primary research. No invented interviews, focus groups, or panels. The personas + focus groups it generates are explicitly synthetic and labeled as such.
FAQ

Common questions.

Who is this for?+

Branding, advertising, and consumer-research agencies that ship work under their own name. And marketing, brand, and growth teams inside B2C and B2B companies that want a self-serve research operation without standing one up from scratch. Same platform, same tooling — the white-label settings make it work for either.

Is this a research tool or a deliverable factory?+

Both. The research module runs the analysis; personas, panels, journeys, and reports turn it into client-ready or leadership-ready deliverables. You can stop at the research, or chain through the whole pipeline.

Can I customize the look so my brand owns the deliverable?+

Yes — your logo on every cover page, your primary color throughout the UI and exports, your name in the share-link footer. Super-admins set defaults; per-deliverable overrides exist for special cases (e.g. a client who wants their own logo on a one-off journey).

What languages do you support?+

The platform UI ships in five languages, and the model output (research, focus groups, journeys, reports) can be generated in any language the operator picks per project. Pick the source language at intake; the deliverable comes out in that language end-to-end.

How do you handle data integrity?+

Every claim carries a confidence label (HIGH / MED / LOW), a source tier (T1–T4 for external data), and a named citation when applicable. The system prompt explicitly forbids fabricating studies, citing inaccessible databases, or inventing primary research.

Can my client (or my exec team) see the dashboards directly?+

Yes — toggle a public share link on any finished focus group or customer journey, optionally protect it with a password, and send the URL. The viewer lands on a fully branded read-only dashboard.

What about reworks?+

Each focus group, customer journey, and report has an operator chat. Type 'tighten section 3' or 'flip Persona 2's vote', and the model reworks just the relevant parts — keeping context across multiple feedback rounds.

How is this priced?+

Per tenant, per product. Soundcheck sets your prices when we onboard you; admins see month-to-date totals on a Usage page; closed months are frozen so the bill doesn't shift after you've signed off.
